How can I contact customer support ?
- Web-Support: Use
the support feature within the app for assistance.
- Email: helpdesk@pennypal.in Send a query to our support email address.
OR
Click on Client-Code which is on right side
Under Click Code – Click on Support
Click on Raise Tickets – Enter your Query in Short on Subject and
Provide more detail under Description Box, If you any attachment like
Screenshot or File, Click on Submit in End.
Open Tickets – An Open Query
means that you have not yet received a response from us. This indicates that
your query is still pending or currently being processed on our side.
Close Tickets – A Closed Query means that you
have received a response from us, or in general, you have received an answer to
your query.

I have done a pay-in in but the amount is still not reflecting in my trading account.
