How to Withdraw Funds ?

  1. In the top right corner, click on "Funds."
  2. Click on "Withdrawal Money" on the left side.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Your current account balance will be displayed, indicating the maximum amount you can withdraw.
  4. Click on "Proceed."
  5. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your withdrawal request. It will state that the requested amount will be credited to your bank account within 24 hours, based on your available balance.
  6. If you submit your withdrawal request before 3:30 PM on a working day, the funds will be transferred to your account on the same day. Requests submitted after 3:30 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Note: If you submit a withdrawal request on a non-working day or weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.
